MODIFIED SILANE SEALANT(MS Sealant)


FIRM BOND Modified Silane Sealant is produced by hybrid technology, solvent-free formula, so it is a non-toxic, real environmental protection product.
It can be used on damp surfaces. After curing, it forms a hard elastic rubber, this rubber can be painted.

Application:
1. To asssemble glass door and window;
2. To fill or seal exterior or interior wall;
3. For stone material curtain wall;
4. For PVC pipe leaking;
5. To fill or seal concret in tunnel, balcony railing and wall, cantilever, bridge concret, glass fiber reinforced concrete(GFRC), etc.
6. Good adhesion to many substrates, include glass,alumimum,stone,wood, concrete, cement, mortar,ceramic,plastics,rubber, various metal and surface treatment (painting or plating).
7. Can be used in kitchen and bathroom everlasting anti-mildew.

Instruction of Use
1. Get rid of the rust, oil, or any dirty on the operation surfaces, to make sure it clean,dry and no oil stain;
2. Cut nozzle to desired size and smoothly extrudes sealant to joint areas;
3. Wipe off the surplus sealant with dry tissue.  After completely solidify, amend by knife.

NOTICES
1. Suggest to have a compatibility testing before formal use;
2. Can't be used if the temperature is below 4ºC or above 40ºC on the surface of the material;
3. The working place should be ventilation;
4. To make sure this sealant is filled to the full and no gap when jointing or sealing, and to modify it before the sealant surface becomes dry.

Storage & Shelf life
1. The product is nonflammable. Keep dry and shade, air tight during storage.
2. Shelf life: 12months. Stored at 5-27ºC dry and shade place.
3. After expiry date, the product can also be used if tested qualified.
