Product Description
FIRM BOND PU Adhesive Sealant is one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant. It has excellent bonding and sealing performance. No corrosion and pollution to substrates, environment friendly, no bubbles during application, smooth and fine appearance etc.

Suitable for automotive windshield and side & back window glass bonding.

Instruction of Use
1. Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
2.Application environment temperature 5~35ºC, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5ºC, recommended place products in the environment of 30~40ºC for 1H (No more than 3H).
3. For Construction method, please refer to FIRM BOND construction description or consult technical personnel.
4. Part of the available nodes modification can use scraper or rigid foam, detailing modification can use available soap and water level.
5. Activator and primer are not required.
NOTICES
Primer-less application requires the glass to be prepared with a non-antistatic glass cleaner. Also the bonding
surfaces must be free of contamination prior to the application of the adhesive
Keep away from children.
Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.
The compatibility must be tested before widely use.
Storage & Shelf Life
1. The product is nonflammable. Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
2. Shelf life: 9 months. Keep it sealed at cool and dry place.Temperature: 5~25ºC. Humidity: ≤50%RH.
3. After expiry date, the product can also be used if tested qualified.
