Self-levelling Joint Sealant / Crack Filler
FIRM BOND Joint Sealant /Concrete Crack Filler is a new type of structural joint sealant.Its main material is modified silicane, and it possesses excellent physical properties, including ultra-high impact resistance, high tensile strength,high elongation,and outstanding wear resistance, aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and waterproofing. It is a high-performance, novel material for sealing cracks in concrete and metal components.
Easy To Use
Clean the dry surface with a brush;
Open the cap and install the nozzle;
Start squeezing until the crack is completely filled.
Precautions
1. Please use as soon as possible after opening the package to prevent curing from affecting product performance.
2. Full curing at room temperature takes approximately 24 hours. Longer curing times in winter are normal.
3. Curing time is affected by temperature and humidity: the lower the temperature and the higher the humidity, the longer the curing time.
4. When repairing cracks on vertical walls,use tape or wooden boards to seal the sides of the cracks to prevent material flow and make them difficult to repair.
5. Please wear gloves during application.In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
6. If the crack depth or width exceeds 0.7 inches,first fill the gap with stones before application.
7. Suggested construction temperature:41F-~95F.In winter, apply during noon or afternoon.
